Podcast Information

Description
The Holistic Fertility and Wellness Podcast publishes every other week with episodes running about 30 minutes long. We interview real people who have succeeded in their quest for fertility, industry experts & leader, and physicians regarding their thoughts on holistic fertility and best practices for today. We talk about nutrition, natural methods for balancing hormones, understanding your anatomy, menstrual cycles, and lesser known methods of boosting fertility such as Mayan Massage, yoga, and acupuncture.
We also tackle some tough topics together. Miscarriage, pregnancy loss, PCOS, and endometriosis. How infertility can affect intimacy with your partner. How to manage mood and emotions during difficult times. As well as much, much more.

My audience is primarily women of child-bearing age, many of whom are struggling to conceive. They are interested in holistic health and wellness. Many are educated and earnest in their quest for health. They are looking for practical solutions to improving their fertility, as well as emotional support and community.
