Katya was drawn to Yoga at the age of 18 years old and dipped in and out of it until she was pregnant with her son. Yoga became her support twice a day throughout her pregnancy not only helping physically but more than anything mentally. After the birth of her son, she realised the true gift of Yoga and never looked back. She moved on to study Yoga further with the 'British Wheel of Yoga' for five and a half years to become a Yoga Teacher. After qualifying and teaching for two years, she then decided to specialise in Pregnancy Yoga followed by Yoga Nidra, Children's Yoga and Face Yoga. Katya is passionate about sharing and caring for others, helping them to find better quality within their bodies and minds allowing the Yoga to help more profound healing and awakening to take place within an individuals life as it has within her own.
