Jeff Jarvis is the author of the upcoming book The Gutenberg Parenthesis as well as What Would Google Do? and Public Parts. He has blogged at Buzzmachine.com about media, technology, and life's irritations since 2001. Jarvis directs the Tow-Knight Center for Entrepreneurial Journalism at the City University of New York's Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism.
In prior lives, Jarvis was creator and founding editor of Entertainment Weekly; president and creative director of Advance.net (online arm of Advance Publications); Sunday editor and associate publisher of the New York Daily News; a columnist on the San Francisco Examiner.
Stacey Higginbotham has been covering technology for major publications for two decades. She currently edits the Stacey on IoT newsletter and website and is the creator of The Internet of Things podcast. Both reach more than 17,000 people each week. She is an expert when it comes to the internet of things and technology in general. Her work has appeared in Fortune (where she was Senior Editor), PCMag, MIT Tech Review, IEEE Spectrum, Gigaom and Worth magazine. She is also a co-host on This Week in Google.
Ant Pruitt is a technology professional-turned photographer, videographer, and content creator. A South Carolina native, Ant was an enterprise IT professional for more than ten years in North Carolina where he spent most of his adult life. Ant eventually turned his creativity into a small business, providing writing, photography, video, and post-production services. He handles a range of creative assignments, including portraits, product photography, event photography, as well as social media marketing and branding content.
