What we've started to find with the podcast is that the audio format is really great for introducing customers to a product or service and helping them build trust in the product since they have a relationship with our host and brand that they trust. However, getting them to click or immediately visit a site during or after an episode is a challenge (I've experienced this myself while driving and hearing about a product I wanted to know more about).
As a solution to better help our partners, we're bridging that gap by using our email and social platforms to connect the podcast message with a more easily visited link and message.
