Surviving Medicine, the only physician podcast of its kind where we take you into the mind of some of the brightest residents and physicians discussing Medical Education and the future of healthcare. Each week we seek to share with you the tips and tools of experts on how to survive medical education and thrive as a practicing physician balancing work, patients, family and friends.
Our audience is primarily premedical students, medical students, residents, and physicians - all of whom still have standardized exams to complete before they finish their academic training. It is a niche audience the penetrates exclusively to listeners that use medical equipment, medical attire, and admission services and test preparation services. We only like to promote or back companies that we feel will serve our audience’s needs.
We have been featured on a few of the online medical platforms including Doximity, Medium, and Medscape. Over the past few months, our social media podcast account has grown to over 50,000 followers and our Host's personal page has grown to over 25,000 followers.
Past guests include some of the top physicians in America, a two time emmy winning medical producer, and upcoming guests include the current Chief medical officer for the Dr. Oz Show.
