The Nostalgic Front
The Nostalgic Front is a comedy pop culture podcast hosted by Brooklyn comedians Brandon Ream and Patrick Hastie. Every Monday we sit down with our comedian friends and talk about the best parts about growing up in the 80s, 90s and 2000s! Stuff like movies, cartoons, tv shows, toys, video games and snacks! In the past we've had on a bunch of amazing guests on like Tom Thakkar (Conan), Andy Sandford (Aqua Teen Hunger Force), Kate Willett (Netflix' The Comedy Lineup), Shalewa Sharpe (The Tonight Show) and Carmen Lagala (The Late Show with Stephen Colbert). Then, every Thursday, we do a special FUN SIZE episode where we go in depth about a specific topic from the 80s, 90s or 2000s. We've done tons of great FUN SIZE episodes about tons of great topics like Super Nintendo, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, RoboCop, The Simpsons and more! We're consistently ranked high on the Podomatic Comedy Charts, we've been positively mentioned in the AV Club and we've done multiple live shows! Our audience (The NFers) are true podcast fans! They love comedy, they love pop culture and they love interacting with us. Our hardcore fans tweet at us every week about the show and tend to support our guests long after they have been on. When we do stand up comedy on the road, there always seems to be one or two podcast fans who show up. Not a million, but still, not bad! Our show is based out of Brooklyn, New York, and we have listeners all across the country, but we're both from Iowa and started comedy there, so a good amount of our listeners are from the Hawkeye State! So if you have a product that could use a bump in midwest, we're the show for you! With two episodes a week, we'll read your ad, do promo on social media and really plug your product! We promise to make you proud! Thank you! Patrick Hastie
Father Dagon
Father Dagon is a serial fiction podcast based on the works of famous weird fiction author, HP Lovecraft. Written by Victoria Snaith, produced by Dread Falls Theatre, and original soundtrack by Seesar. Season One consisted of six episodes which were released twice monthly from April 2017. Season Two has been extended to ten episodes, released on 1st and 15th of the month, starting June 2018. Our show has received a respectable number of downloaders and listeners since being released last year, and according to the statistics; we are still attracting new audiences almost a year later. Reviews have shown a large proportion of listeners enjoyed the podcast, especially the musical element, and would like a second season. We have attracted a small, but loyal Patreon following also. We have spoken with a selection of our listenership and inspected our statistics from Libsyn, YouTube and Soundcloud and have identified that our audience is split evenly between males and females. They are between the ages of 25 and 50. The females are interested in audiobooks, storytelling, and theatre. The males are more interested in horror, boardgames and RPG. There is crossover between the gender's interests however. We are actively seeeking sponsors for Season Two, and would like to offer a pre-roll spot, a mid-roll spot, and a post-roll spot. We are not just interested in talking about sponsors, but creating an on-going relationship which will drive traffic to the sponsors company through codes, giveaways, competitions, etc.
